This church is a medieval construction, refurbished in the 15th and 16th centuries. It is a simple but rather attractive building, above all for the paintings, frescoes and panels from the 15th century.

Note especially the finely sculpted tabernacle from this period that you will see in the sacristy, and also the painted panel with the gold background from 1463, done by the Florentine artist Neri di Bicci.
